What we send
Grand Nails and Spa sends text messages about your appointments: confirmations, reminders before your visit, and changes if something moves. If you ask us to, we may also send you occasional offers. We will not send you offers unless you have agreed to receive them.

How you agree to receive them
You agree when you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, either when you book online, when you fill in a form in the salon, or when you tell a member of staff. Agreeing to text messages is never a condition of booking or of buying anything from us.
How often
Message frequency varies. Most people receive a confirmation when they book and a reminder before the appointment.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one message confirming that we have stopped, and then no more. You can also ask any member of staff to take your number off.
Stopping text messages does not cancel your appointments.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
