Who handles your information
Grand Nails and Spa decides how your information is used. We use Tilavon, a salon management platform, to run our bookings, our till and our client records. Tilavon holds that information for us and may only use it to provide the service to us.

What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address, when you book or give them to us.
- Your appointment history, the services you had, and any notes a technician makes.
- What you paid and how, though we never see or store your full card number.
- Anything you send us through the contact form on this website.
Why we use it
- To book your appointment and hold your place.
- To send you appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To take payment and to keep the records the law requires us to keep.
- To answer you when you contact us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the salon, and only so they can do that work: Tilavon for our booking and till system, our payment processor to take card payments, and the services that deliver our email and text messages.
We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with anybody else for their own marketing, and we never sell that information.

How long we keep it
We keep your client record while you are a customer and for as long afterwards as our tax and accounting duties require. You can ask us to delete it, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices

- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to stop sending you marketing, at any time.
- Ask us to delete your record, subject to the records we must keep.

Children
We welcome younger clients with a parent or guardian, and we only hold a child’s details with their parent or guardian’s agreement. This website is not intended for children to use on their own.
